Put prefered dns 8.8.8.8 &alternate DNS 4.2.2.2 also Disable DHCP and reboot the device
*Device Online Process :*
Kindly follow the process.
1) configuration>>network>>tcp/ip>>disable DHCP
2) Also insert ipv4 default gateway(router ip address), ipv4 address(dvr/nvr ip address).
3) enter preferred DNS as *8.8.8.8* alternate DNS as *4.2.2.2*
4) go in Configuration>>network>>nat>>disable UPnP.
5) after that go in configuration>>network>>platform access>>enable ezviz/hik-connnect option and enter verification code there.
6) *check the server address.*
It should be *dev.ind.hik-connect.com* or *litedev.ind.hik-connect.com*
7) go in menu>>configuration>>network>>platform access >> status whether it is showing online or offline.
